You can download a trial version from the Theobald Software website and evaluate it for 30 days. The trial version is only time limited and works otherwise without any restrictions.

Note: To evaluate Xtract Universal’s Report component, a custom function module must be installed in your SAP system, see Custom function module for Report. Customizations for the Table component are available, but not mandatory, see Custom function module for Table for more information.

Tip: To start evaluating Xtract Universal more quickly, Theobald Software offers Xtract Universal as a pre-configured Amazon Machine Image (AMI) on AWS EC2. For more information, refer to the knowledge base article Run Xtract Universal in a VM on AWS EC2

  1. Open a ticket in our Support Portal.
  2. Provide as much information as possible for the Theobald Software support team to understand and analyze the issue.
  3. If there is an error message, copy and paste the error message in the ticket.

Disclaimer: SAP versions that are no longer supported by the manufacturer are excluded from the Theobald Software support. Issues specific to custom BAPIs (Z function modules) or custom reports (Z reports) are also excluded from the scope of support.
