Create a new Material Request

On your SharePoint site, sign in as the Employee user (e.g. using http://SiteURL/_layouts/closeConnection.aspx?loginasanotheruser=true).

Create a new Material Maintenance Request item:

Save the item.

Select the new item in the list, then select the Workflow button from the ribbon.

A running workflow should be displayed with a status of In Progress.
